The Apparatum name, the symbol, the visual identity, the texts, photographs and videos on this site are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The mechanisms of the illusions built by Apparatum, and their drawings, are neither published nor disclosed on this site.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned, in particular Spontus, QLab and YouTube, belong to their respective owners.

Personal data

Apparatum only collects the data you send voluntarily through the quote request form: name, organisation, email address, country, profile and message.

Purpose: to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Recipient: Apparatum only. No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Mail hosting: OVH SAS, in France.

Retention: three years from our last exchange, then deletion.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@apparatum.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, at cnil.fr.

The form is sent by our server, hosted in France: your request lands directly in our contact@apparatum.fr mailbox. Nothing is stored in a database on the site.

Spam protection: to limit automated submissions, the server keeps a hashed fingerprint of your IP address for one hour, with no other data, then deletes it. No third-party captcha service is used.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool. No consent banner is therefore required.

The presentation video is hosted by YouTube, in no-cookie mode. It is only loaded when you click to play it. At that point only, your IP address is sent to Google Ireland Limited, which may process it outside the European Union, in accordance with its privacy policy.

Accessibility

This site is built to remain readable with a keyboard, on phone and desktop screens alike, and honours your system's reduced-motion setting. If a page causes you any difficulty, write to contact@apparatum.fr and we will fix it.

Governing law

This site is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.

The French version of this notice prevails.
